St.Luke, Old Street, sometimes known as St.Luke, Finsbury, now a concert hall. Robert GODFREY and Martha PAGE were married in this church, as were Joseph DONOVAN and Susannah GARBETT. Thomas COLLING and Sarah BAILEY were also married here and their children were baptised in the church. Sarah Avis WILSON (wife of Charles John LUCAS) was baptised here, as were Caroline, daughter of Samuel BONNIN, the first four children of Thomas CLARKE and Eleanor TAYLOR, Edwin GOWAR (son of Richard GOWAR and Mary DIPLOCK), two daughters of William HARDEN, William HEX, the children of Thomas MARSH and Martha WADMORE, George PHILLIPS, Dorothy PULLEN (daughter of Thomas and Dorothy PULLEN) and Jane, daughter of Hezekiah SEPHTON. Sarah FROY, wife of Jesse PAXTON, was baptised here, as was her eldest daughter Sarah PAXTON.
