Death Notice (Cape Archives) of his son John says he was born in Gosport to Richard and Susan WHITE

Death Notice (Cape Archives) for another Richard WHITE says he was also the son of Richard and Susannah, born in Gosport, though his baptism has not been found. This fits with Richard saying in his correspondence to the Colonial Office that he had a son serving in the Navy.
