Harcourt Red Diary
John Thomas Davis Harcourt was born 1851 in Birmingham and went out to join the Frontier Police. Harcourt was present at many important meetings with tribal chiefs and the diaries are very interesting historical documents. This diary was originally given to William Douglas HARCOURT, his son and has been saved for posterity by Jane Milne who has agreed to make it available here.
