Death Notice (Cape Archives) says he died on 30 September 1868, aged 71 years and 5 months, the son of John and Phoebe WEBB of Newbury, Berkshire. This means he was older than 19 in 1820 (the age given in The Settler Handbook) On PIGOT's return the name WEBB was written in place of another settler, aged 19, who withdrew.
