Bury St.Edmunds, St. James. The church dates from the 11th century, and was originally a parish church. It became a cathedral in 1914 and has been considerably enlarged in recent decades. Sarah, daughter of James ALLISON was baptised in St.James. Charles Steel CRAUSE was baptised in Fornham, on the outskirts of Bury St.Edmunds.
