Warminster, St.Denys with St.Lawrence, largely rebuilt in 1887 apart from the tower. William DEBNAM and Elizabeth STROUD, parents of the settler Isaac DEBNAM, were married in this church, as were James JENNINGS and Mary BUTCHER. Thomas WARREN was baptised here and married Mary CRABB in the church. James, son of James JENNINGS and Mary BUTCHER, was baptised in the Common Close Independent Chapel, Warminster (where William MILES, son of Robert MILES and Ann DICKS was also baptised). A picture of the chapel can be seen here.
