Boardroom, Paternoster Row, Carlisle, on the corner of Castle Street opposite St.Mary’s Cathedral. The early deeds go back to 1651 though the present building probably dates from the late eighteenth century. George MOUNSEY, father of the settler Dorothea THORNHILL, nee MOUNSEY, worked at 3 Castle Street.
