St.Peter's Church from Castle Park

St.Peter's Church, Castle Park. It was bombed in WW2 and is preserved as a memorial to Bristol's war dead. The church ran St.Peter's Hospital, a workhouse between the church and the floating harbour, which was also destroyed during the Bristol Blitz. Henry Thomas LLOYD, son of Henry James LLOYD, was baptised in St.Peter's in 1814. The church would have been readily visible from the floating harbour as the Kennersley Castle sailed.
