Barbers' Hall, Monkwell Street, home of the Worshipful Company of Barbers. Thomas PULLEN was a Freeman of the City of London and gave this as his address when baptising three of his children at St.Alban, Wood Street in 1819. John YOUNGER was also admitted as a Freeman of London in Barbers' Hall in 1802.
