St.Botolph without Aldersgate, not to be confused with St.Botolph without Aldgate. The church was one of four in medieval London dedicated to Saint Botolph, each of which stood by one of the gates to the City. The other three churches were St Botolph without Aldgate, St Botolph without Billingsgate (destroyed by the Great Fire and not rebuilt) and St Botolph without Bishopsgate. This church is currently used by the London Presbyterian Church, part of the Free Church of Scotland. Thomas ISTED and Susan Eliza MORGAN were married in this church.
