Stepcote Hill, a medieval cobbled street in Exeter that doubtless would have been well known to members of PARKIN's Party. John PARKIN was living on Stepcote Hill when his infant daughter Isabella was buried in St.Mary Steps in 1818. William CLOGG was living on Stepcote Hill in 1817 when his son William was baptised in St.John’s.
