Plymouth Dockyard, Devonport, in 1798, from a painting by Nicholas Pocock. Alexander BIGGAR, Thomas BRENT, William NEWTH, Isaac PICKSTOCK (father of Charlotte PICKSTOCK) and James THOMAS were all stationed in Plymouth at some point. John KESTELL, father of Charles KESTELL, was a shipwright in the dockyard.
