Basford, St.Leodegarius entrance porch. Thomas DRAPER and Sarah HILL were married in this church, as were Thomas NELSON and Mary Ann CORDIN. Thomas GOULDING and Hannah RICHARDSON, parents of the settler brothers Thomas and George GOUDING, moved to Basford in time for George to be baptised in this church, and his brother Thomas GOULDING married Elizabeth WILLIAMS here.
